Processing Your Order
We want you to enjoy your Maison Marklé fragrance as soon as possible! Please note:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays).

We do not typically ship orders the same day they are placed.

Example: If you order on Monday, we will usually ship by Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Any express shipping fees or third-party delivery costs are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
Shipping Days & Carriers
Maison Marklé ships orders Monday through Friday. We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order safely. Your package may be left at your door, mailbox, or with your building’s concierge at the carrier’s discretion.
If the carrier determines a signature is required or that it’s unsafe to leave the package unattended, they may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility.
Tracking Your Order
- You’ll receive two emails:
- Order confirmation when you place your order.
- Shipping confirmation (with tracking link) when your order ships.

Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to activate after you receive them.
If you have trouble tracking your package, please check with the delivery courier first. Most tracking issues are best resolved directly with them.

International Shipping, Taxes & Duties
We’re thrilled to serve fragrance lovers around the world! Please be aware:

International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid).

This means import taxes, customs duties, and fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Any such fees are your responsibility and are paid to your local carrier or government.
Maison Marklé does not collect these charges and cannot offer estimates. For details, please contact your country’s customs office before ordering.
