By placing an order with Maison Marklé, you agree to the terms outlined in our return policy below.

Unlike many fragrance brands, we proudly offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on orders shipped within the continental United States. If you’re not completely happy with your fragrance, you can return it for store credit or exchange until you find the perfect scent.

Key Points of Our Policy

  • Returns are for store credit only. Refunds are issued in the form of a Maison Marklé e-gift card. We do not refund original shipping charges.

  • 30-day window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • U.S.-only: Returns and exchanges are only available for orders shipped within the continental United States. Due to shipping regulations, we cannot accept international returns.

  • Product condition: Returned items must be in original packaging and contain at least 95% of the original liquid.

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns—please use tracked shipping.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our self-service returns portal at "Returns".

  2. Follow the instructions to generate your return label or get next steps.

  3. Optional: Not sure if your item qualifies? Email a photo and your order number to MaisonMarkle@gmail.com for pre-approval.

Important Notes

  • Sale items are still eligible for store credit or exchange under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

  • Shipping and payment processing fees from the original order will be deducted from the store credit issued.

  • We don’t refund original shipping charges—even on “Free Shipping” promotions.

  • If you used a discount code or promotional offer, your return is still eligible for store credit, but not for refund to original payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Refunds to Original Payment Method (If Applicable)

In exceptional cases where we approve a refund back to your original payment method:

  • A $5 restocking fee per item applies.

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of your return.

Shipping Your Return

  • Customers cover their own return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns.

  • We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
